Each Kabana jewelry piece is handcrafted to provide a lifetime of satisfaction, guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects for life or we’ll repair the piece at their expense. At the same time, everyday wear and tear over time may necessitate a non-warranty repair to a treasured jewelry piece. Kabana will inspect the piece and provide you with an estimate of repair. Please note, per Kabana’s certificate of authenticity, once a piece has been worked on by anyone other than Kabana the warranty is void. Repairs Kabana has a full service repair department able to repair damage or wear of any kind to any piece of Kabana jewelry.  They offer cleaning, refurbishing and replacement of damaged stones. Important: Send pieces to be repaired by any carrier (ie. USPS, FEDEX, UPS) insured, and be sure to include your contact information inside the box. Please send your piece(s) directly to the gallery to be repaired by Kabana’s repair Department. Sizing If you are unsure about your ring size, please contact your local Kabana retailer for an accurate measurement > Ring sizers are availble for free from the gallery. Any new ,unworn Kabana piece can be exchanged for a different size (with in the normal range of sizes ladies 5 thru 10 and men’s 9-12) , free of charge. A worn ring may be resized for a fee, factors that determine the fee would be required re-inlay of materials, and labor involved in sizing*. Please email the gallery for an estimate. Care for your Kabana Jewelry Inlay jewelry requires simple and regular care to assure its lasting beauty and to retain the perfect fit of its gemstones. Clean your Kabana jewelry with lukewarm, soapy water, using a very gentle brush and drying it with a soft cloth. Please do not use ultrasonic cleaners or chemicals. We suggest that you remove your jewelry before any intense physical activity or before prolonged immersion in liquids (ie. dishwashing, bathing, swimming). It is suggested that you apply cosmetics before putting on your Kabana jewelry.
