SHIPPING
All items are shipped from Bozeman, Montana. Weather depending, your shipment might be slightly delayed due to freezing temperatures and snow. All jewelry and high-value items are shipped insured with signature required upon delivery. You will be emailed if extra surcharges incur for pieces shipped from outside of the US, such as the bronze sculptures by Kindrie Grove of Canada. The gallery discourages overnight or 2-day shipping. If a shipment needs to be shipped right away, please contact the gallery directly: support@elkandhammer.com.
RETURNS
Returns may be made within 15 days of delivery date. Item(s) must be in same condition (new). All items must be in their original, new condition, unused with original packaging. Any items used will not be accepted for a return. Exchanges for gallery credit may be made within 30 days. Gift?: If you are purchasing something as a gift, the same refund and exchange policy applies. They are more than welcome to exchange the piece after a certain grace-period, (usually 30 days to 2 months). Any exchanges or design flaws must be shipped back to elk & HAMMER directly: 280 W Kagy Blvd, Ste D, Bozeman, MT 59715. Items over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery and insurance is advisable. Examination of design-defects are taken very seriously.
