Eloquently linked, this ceramic chain transforms a weighted conceptual construction, to something much more delicate. When lifted, the links lightly graze one another, producing a soft whisper of a sound. Handmade from ceramic stoneware, the chain has natural mineral speckles that almost seem to sparkle in the sunlight. Made in Detroit by Vanessa Ilene Beard, it measures 10” inches long by 3" inches wide.
