In the event the product purchased is determined to be defective by the Kurtulan Customer Service Department, it shall be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Each item of jewellery comes with a warranty certificate, at time of purchase. To take advantage of the warranty and ensure allowance for periodic maintenance of the product, the retailer will ask you to sign and date the warranty certificate, which will then be submitted to Kurtulan. The softness of the 24K gold is natural and a testament to its pureness. So please try to protect your jewellery against any impact.
